Dr. Kapoor is also a professional counsellor and has worked extensively with children, young adults, professionals, and helped them overcome their physical, mental, attitudinal and emotional problems.

A Class I Marine Engineer, Mr. Kapoor has a vast and varied working experience of over 27 years, which ranges from being a hands-on engineer, to a workshop manager, to a mentor and guide, to a Chief Executive. He has lead teams of professionals and educationists for development of world-class training and educational establishments.

Mrs. Goswami is one of the earliest students of Yoga at the Inner Search Foundation. She joined the Yoga course in 1999 and has undergone teacher's training at the foundation. A graduate, she has taught at the Homerton Grammar School, Faridabad for several years. She currently teaches the teacher's trainees and the regular batched of adults and children at the centre.
Mrs. Goswami is also the member of NGO Equlity, Dignity, Safety (EDS).
